Robert Porter Construction was contracted by Transwestern Property Management to make repairs to rooftop cooling tower bases at the Biltmore Financial Center (northwest corner of Camelback Road and 24th Street ).
Repairs were performed at three separate buildings.
Spalls, cracks and other areas of miscellaneous concrete degeneration were treated and repaired. Numerous epoxy injection and patchwork repairs were applied to areas tested for deficiency by our structural repair team. Work was performed off hours with consideration to the building’s tenants.
Robert Porter Construction provides structural repair services as well as general contracting services (new construction and tenant improvements). This project is a great example of services we offer for property management companies.
