Robert E. Porter Construction was contracted to resurface the pools, hot tubs and lazy river at the Westin Keirland Resort in Scottsdale. Work consisted of draining, sand blasting, patching, caulking, coping replacement, kool deck repair and replacement of 3,000 SF of pavers. Special chlorine-resistant caulking, acrylic coatings and Tnemec epoxies were applied to seal and protect plaster and kool deck surfaces that had deteriorated over many years of usage.
